Our Team
FRCRX Anatomy is built and maintained by FRCR-qualified radiologists and radiology trainees with first-hand experience of the First FRCR Anatomy examination. We understand the challenges candidates face because we have faced them ourselves.
Our content development team combines clinical radiology practice with academic radiology anatomy expertise. Every labelled case in our 2,269+ free-text A–E naming item bank is authored by professionals who hold the FRCR qualification or equivalent postgraduate credentials in radiology anatomy, and each item undergoes peer review before publication.
Our Mission

About the FRCR Part 1 Examination
The Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) Part 1 examination is a fundamental assessment for radiology trainees in the UK and internationally. This computer-based examination tests recognition of anatomical structures on labelled clinical imaging.
The examination is an electronic image-viewing session: 100 questions in 90 minutes. Each question shows an imaging study with an arrowed structure; you type the precise anatomical name. Success in this examination is mandatory for progression in radiology training programs.
